We just checked out, and this was the worst experience in Abu. The rooms were dirty, and the bedding hadn't been washed properly. Staff were rude and uncooperative. At checkout, one of them literally told us, “Time's up, get out.” They ruined our stay. Don't come here.

My room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely city view, and the hotel had modern decor and well-maintained facilities. The location is fantastic, right in the city center with attractions and restaurants easy to reach. Staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. The only downside is that it's not very budget-friendly.

We paid for an extra bed, but it wasn't provided that night. There was no service, and the person at reception was very rude.

The food was very tasty, the rooms were clean and well cared for, and all the staff were cooperative. Thanks to the whole team and the manager. The market is within walking distance.
