Oyo 28683 Hotel Suhagan Heights

We only gave this place one star because one staff member politely helped us with our luggage at both check-in and check-out. The rest of the stay was very disappointing. We had booked a Super Deluxe room with a road view and told them well ahead of time that we would arrive late. Even so, we were given a basic room. By 11 PM, we felt we had no choice but to accept it. Both rooms had dirty floors, and one was beside a common toilet that staff left open despite repeated requests. There were no drinking water bottles or hot water, and we got only five towels for six people. The atmosphere was chaotic, with loud music downstairs and strong smells of alcohol and smoke on the upper floors. Some staff members seemed intoxicated. It felt more like a party hostel than a hotel. Most online reviews are very old and don’t reflect what it’s like now. This might suit people looking for late-night parties, but it’s not suitable for families or couples, or anyone expecting cleanliness and basic comfort.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the rooms and washrooms were okay. Cleanliness wasn’t too bad, though it could be better, and there aren’t many facilities: no restaurant or breakfast. It’s about 15 km from Mount Abu, on the main road at Talhati Abu Road. At reasonable rates, it could work for a cheaper transit stay. Thanks.

The rooms didn’t feel very clean or hygienic, and there was no hot water. It’s also about 22 km from Nakki Lake and the other tourist spots, so I wouldn’t call it a very good place to stay.
