OYO 3422 Hotel Golden Berry

The rooms were very spacious, and the view and hospitality were great. A comfortable, perfect stay.

We enjoyed the view of Dilwara lake and temple from our room while sipping tea or coffee. Dinner was so good that I ate at the hotel both nights of my stay. The food came hot and fresh, and the service was excellent. Breakfast by the pool in the early morning sun was a nice touch, and they also have a rooftop and swimming pool. The room felt lavish, and the whole hotel was well maintained. Staff were courteous, helpful, and just a call away. Food is arranged from their main restaurant nearby, with room service available. The signboards along the road from Mount abu made it easy to find. It's 2-3kms from the main city market, which also means less of the city's hassle. Wi-fi may not be available, though with 4G coverage everywhere these days, I hardly needed it. Hot water is solar, and you have to call reception to open the main tap. They don't provide toothpaste or brushes, shaving kits, shampoo, or moisturiser for free, so bring those along. Parking is reserved, but in an open area outside the hotel.

We picked this hotel because few places have a pool, and having meals poolside was a real treat. The rooms were spacious, quick room service, and very well kept. The shared area isn't particularly fancy, but that didn't bother us, and most tourists probably won't mind either. The pool itself isn't very big or deep. The food was okay. If a good view matters to you, you may not like this place.

Dinner on the rooftop was beyond what I expected, and breakfast beside the pool was lovely too. I couldn't swim because of the cold weather, though the small pool was a nice bonus. The window view was awesome. Everything in the room was spotless, including the bed sheets, towels, and pillow covers, and the staff were very cordial. For what they offer, I think the price is very cheap. Worth every penny!
