Hotel Kiran

The staff were good, and Nakki Lake is only 600 m away. There’s also a restaurant on the ground floor. The room and bathroom were clean, but the room wasn’t spacious, the bathroom was tiny, and the fixtures didn’t work properly, with water constantly dripping from the tap. There’s no elevator, and the stairs are very steep, so anyone older or with knee pain should ask for a ground-floor room.

Hotel Kiran was a comfortable, clean stay for the price. The rooms were well kept, the food was tasty and homely, and the staff were warm and helpful. It’s close to Nakki Lake and the market while still feeling peaceful. Good value, I’d recommend it.

The cottage was especially lovely for our family, and the hotel itself was a nice place to stay. Everyone on the staff was polite and cooperative. Ms. Afreen Ashrafi took great care of us during the trip, so Mount Abu visitors can meet Afreen Ma'am at Hotel Kiran about bookings.

We had to pay the full amount upfront, so once you’re there, you can’t do much if the service disappoints. The staff were awful, and they didn’t even listen properly to our intercom orders. There was barely room for our luggage, and I’ve stayed at many hotels in Mt. Abu, but this was the worst. Don’t trust the photos they’ve put on Google, they’re just marketing. I’d give it -5 if Google allowed it. You’d be better off sleeping on the road, and even some temples have better service.
