The food and breakfast were good, and the resort itself is nice, though the service needs improvement. Getting there from Junction takes some planning, and without your own car it can be a challenge. In winter, hot water also needs attention: we had to wait a long time, and sometimes there was no hot water for a bath.

The cleanliness was far below even basic hotel standards. Our room was poorly maintained, with a dirty bathroom and unhygienic bedsheets. This disappointing stay spoiled our Mount Abu experience, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.

For a cottage stay with a forest feel near guru sikhar, this resort is a good option. The one drawback was the lighting in the room. There wasn’t enough, and they should improve it.

We had a good time with family and friends at this very peaceful property. The staff were humble and polite, the service was very good, and they never said no to anything.

We spent two days here on vacation in December. The location was good, and khemaram Ji, KaluramJi and shuhkramji treated us very well.
