Srijan Inn

At check-in, we had to fill out the whole form ourselves, and there was no bell boy to help with our bags. We dragged everything in while the staff watched. They first gave us complimentary water bottles, then charged us for them and denied what they'd said. When we questioned the charge, they argued instead of sorting it out politely. The staff were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional throughout, as if letting us stay was a favour. This was a horrible experience at Hotel Srijan Inn, Abu Road, and one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. There's no customer service, manners, or hospitality here. I'll never stay again, and strongly warn others not to waste their money or peace of mind.

The rooms are good, and the hostel itself is okay, but the receptionist let the stay down. His tone was rude, and he treated guests like a burden instead of customers. I expected better behavior. Basic hospitality training is needed, since being polite costs nothing.

The staff are cooperative, and they grow some of their own vegetables, including leafy greens and okra. The fresh okra sabji we had was organic and tasty. We usually get here between 2:30 and 4:00 pm and can still find a good lunch. The food is always good!

The staff are very courteous, and the food quality is amazing. Excellent property. I highly recommend everyone visiting ambaji or mount abu to visit.
