Hotel Malika Residency

My friend Lajo Jose (Writer), who is from Ettumanoor, recommended Malika Residency. Thanks to Lajo. The location is convenient for getting around the area, and it's very near Ettumanoor Temple. I found the room spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out, with housekeeping keeping everything neatly in order. The staff were courteous and ready to help, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Special thanks to Mr. Anand @ reception. The stay was comfortable, welcoming, and good value for money. I'd happily return and recommend it to leisure or business visitors.

Anand at reception made check-in easy and made sure everything was in order throughout my stay. He was friendly, professional, and happy to go the extra mile. We had a pleasant family stay. The room was spacious and came with an extra bed, and the location was good. Staff were courteous. It would be helpful if the restaurant opened earlier and offered more vegetarian options.

I stayed for two days and overall had a good visit, so I'd recommend the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, and there was a mini cool bar in the room, charged at checkout. They'd also provided a hair dryer, but its power plug was damaged and unusable, so management should replace it. One of the caps from our toothbrush boxes went missing after cleaning. It wasn't important to us, but the cleaning staff should be told not to touch guests' personal belongings.
