The meeting room AC never worked during our conference, and the banquet hall and other boardrooms had the same problem. Everyone was sweltering. The manager offered explanations, but the whole experience was terrible.

The first-floor restaurant was empty when we visited, so it made for a quiet meal. The staff were very helpful, and the food was better than I expected for the price and ambience. The bar is downstairs on the ground floor.

We were refused permission to use the toilet and were told to pee near the retaining wall. The waiter said they would close at 10:30 pm, though they stayed open until 11 and he then shut the shutter himself. Bad experience.
