Dear Mr. Maneez, Thank you for the warm welcome during our stay at Ascot from the 1st to the 3rd of January. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention made the visit memorable. Please also pass on our thanks to everyone who worked during those days, especially Mr. Balram and Jamal, the breakfast staff, and the smiling room cleaner. He was there before we even called, though I've forgotten his name. Everyone was attentive and quick to respond to our requests, and we felt comfortable and well looked after. I was very sick when I stayed here over twenty years ago, and the staff came by every few hours to see how I was doing. The hotel came up in conversation recently, and I was delighted to find it was still going strong. Highly recommended!

We liked the Arabic food they serve, and the wide rooms had everything we needed. The hotel is in the centre of colaba, next to BPCL petrol pump, and near the main shops we wanted to visit. A great place to stay in mumbai.
