Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport

The team at the Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport makes every visit feel like coming home. The staff are caring and easy to find when you need help. During a casual checkout chat on January 11, Tanuj at reception brought up extending our booking for 8 PM on January 30-31, to fit our late flight back to Australia. He followed up without prompting and confirmed it was all set when we returned on the 30th. That made the stay stress-free. The lobby crew also make arrivals and departures simple. They handle our large international bags, lift and scan them, and keep the space clear for people getting into cars or taxis. Mr. Sachin Jadhav has helped with our luggage on several trips, loading and unloading it with kindness and professionalism. I may not know every team member's name from both shifts, but I appreciate all their effort. We keep returning to this hotel and will stay loyal guests whenever we're in Mumbai.

We've stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Mumbai in both December and January during our India trip, and had excellent stays each time. It's around 10 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient. Rooms were airy, spacious, and clean, and housekeeping kept up consistently. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was very good. What stood out most was the care from the staff. Everyone was attentive and helpful, and the attention to detail was exceptional. I've stayed at many great hotels around the world, but this level of service really stood out. We'll be back in October. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the bathroom is on the small side. Being close to the airport makes this a handy choice for an early flight. Breakfast buffet had lots of options, and I especially liked the masala tea. From arrival, friendly staff greeted us with smiles and escorted us to the front desk. The service throughout was top notch. Highly recommend this hotel.

The only inconvenience I found was the official 3:00 p.m. check-in time. The staff kindly accommodated me and let me into the room around 1:00 p.m., which I really appreciated. Everything was well maintained, welcoming, and comfortable. The room was clean and well equipped, and the gym and swimming pool were in good condition and enjoyable. Staff were attentive, polite, and caring. I had a pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport and would recommend it.
