The location is very convenient, close to the visa office and embassy, and there was always hot water. The AC and fan worked very well. The food was delicious and high quality, and the staff’s behavior was moderate. But the sheets and pillow covers were stained, and cockroaches infested the bathroom. I’d stay for only 1 or 2 days, not longer.

Service was excellent, and my room was clean and comfortable, with good AC and bathroom facilities. I stayed three nights in Room 707 on the 7th floor of the BKC Grand Hotel. At ₹3,500 per day for two adults, the tariff felt a bit pricey. It was a pleasant stay overall, though the pricing could be improved.

I was there for my visa interview and stayed one night. The consulate is very near, and I got a warm welcome. The stay was amazing. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews, the hotel is actually very good.

The rooms were exceptionally small, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Both the air conditioning and fan were malfunctioning, so the room was uncomfortably hot. Room service wasn’t available, or it came at an extra charge, and the breakfast was subpar. Staying here was a complete waste of money. I strongly advise against it. If you want to ruin your day, this is the place.
