Customer service was lacking, and nothing was complimentary. They charged more than the tariff people had signed up for and gave false information, so the staff seemed like a team of cheaters. In the washroom there was no paper roll, and the bathroom had no hand wash or body wash. Breakfast was one simple dish, Misal Pav, with no good flavour or variety. The towels and bedsheets were dirty, and the blanket was torn. Please don't visit.

I paid online nearly two days before check-in for a one-day stay, but when I arrived, the hotel said all rooms were occupied and refused to check me in, telling me to contact customer care. Customer care booked another hotel, where the same thing happened. I eventually requested a refund and found another place to stay, this time without booking online. I was travelling alone, but what if I'd been with my family? Experiences like this disrupt the plans and itinerary we'd made. Utter nonsense. Please don't count on hotel bookings, and be careful if travelling with family.

We had to leave partway through because we couldn't bear any more, and when we asked for a refund, they refused, saying a booking couldn't be cancelled once made. The Fab Hotels customer care executives were even worse than the hotel. They were arrogant, rude, abusive, and thrashed guests. They told us to do whatever we wanted, because that's just how they are. Booking with #fabhotels was my biggest mistake. The room was smaller than expected, stinky, and the TV didn't work. The blanket and bedsheets weren't dry and smelled bad. Breakfast was just one butter bread with tea. They charged 500 rs extra for a two-hour early check-in. That fee would have been okay if the stay had been comfortable. The rate was 2400 rs per night plus 500 rs for those two hours, a rip-off. Fancy websites, fake services. I'll never book with fabhotels again.

Avoid this hotel, they're scammers. I booked for 4&5th Sept through the OYORooms app and paid online nearly two days before check-in. When I arrived at midnight, they refused to check me in, saying OYO had overbooked the hotel. But they gave rooms to two walk-in customers at higher prices. They don't understand hospitality or the hotel business. I would give a negative or zero star rating if I could. Please avoid booking a place like this.
