Fabhotel Lexus.5

The room was in such poor condition that I decided to check out, even after the sheets and pillow covers were changed when I complained. There was dust and dirt on the floor, and the table and kettle were covered in dust too. The sheets, pillowcases, and blanket smelled of sweat and mildew. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned, its seat cover was broken, and there were mosquitoes despite the repellent being on with no liquid in it. I was left waiting at reception even though I arrived well after regular check-in time, and the restaurant staff and room were both at the lowest standard. My booking was cancelled the same day I checked in.

The rooms stink and there’s no intercom. Service was extremely arrogant. I paid for breakfast but wasn’t given any, and they pushed for cash payment, which makes me think something may be commercially wrong.

At noon, when I arrived for my check-in, I was told there was no room available and waited about 45 minutes before getting in around 12:45 pm. The room didn’t look anything like the misleading photos on Google and brevistay. Towels, toilet paper, and water were missing, and the room service boy asked for extra money when I requested them. The blankets smelled, there was cigarette smoke in the corridors and rooms, and service was poor. A terrible experience.

The rates are quite affordable for this location.
