Masjid station is close by, and CSMT is nearby too. The rates were reasonable, though I didn't try the kitchen. People were nice, but the staff were only decent at best, and the hotel doesn't feel worth the budget. Maybe it's just somewhere to sleep when you're exhausted, but even then I wouldn't say the stay is worth it. Getting in is absurd. There are lots of uneven stairs, then what feels like climbing two floors to a lobby, followed by an old lift up to the 5th Floor. A senior citizen couldn't manage the access. Inside, the rooms were dusty with insects, and there was a spiderweb even at the entrance door. The washrooms had leaking taps, weak water pressure in the jets, and a broken exhaust. The hotel is very poorly maintained.

Dear Agoda Customer Support, Please process a full refund urgently for my recent one-night booking for my family and me. I already submitted a refund request but haven't heard back, so I'm asking you to review this promptly. We were shocked by the condition when we arrived. The online photos and description gave a very different impression and were misleading. The entrance wasn't proper, reception was dirty and poorly maintained, the elevator wasn't working properly, and the overall place was unhygienic. The rooms were extremely dirty and unsuitable for a family. We didn't check in and left right away. This caused a lot of inconvenience and distress for my family. It's unfair for customers to be shown one standard online and find something entirely different on arrival.

The food was very good, and they seemed to take hygiene seriously. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well looked after. Staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The rooms were dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly, and there were loose wires that could pose an electrocution risk. They didn't provide water unless we asked. The booking website photos were completely misleading. I was shocked standing at the entrance and comparing it with the pictures online. The dusty building was in a pitiful state, and you have to climb at least 20 steep stairs before reaching the lift.
