The biggest draw is the location on Link Road, only minutes from Eksar Metro Station. For years, visitors coming to Borivali to see family or friends had few premium places to stay nearby and often ended up in Andheri, with a long commute each day. This hotel makes it possible to stay close to loved ones and still have easy connections around the area. It offers a high level of comfort, service, and sophistication in Borivali West.

We stayed for one night while attending an Engagement function. The room had a lovely view, with the metro train running beside the hotel, and the food was delicious. The rooms were clean, the arrangements were admirable, and the staff were prompt and did their best.

For a short visit to Borivali, this is a fairly priced option for solo travellers, couples, or professionals. The area is peaceful, with shops, ATMs, and other essentials nearby, and there’s no grand view. Getting there is easy from Borivali station and Western Express Highway. Parking is limited, so check ahead if you’re driving, and some wings don’t have a lift. Rooms are clean but compact, with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and room service. Some may find them small, especially for a longer stay or with family, so premium rooms may suit better. Wi-Fi is strong enough for remote work and video calls. Washroom cleanliness was okay, and hot water is available 24/7. The staff were polite and responsive, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. There’s in-house dining with a multi-cuisine menu, as well as food stalls and cafes nearby. Security is decent. It’s near Chintamani Ground on Shanti Ashram Road, Borivali West.
