Ginger Mumbai Airport

Pratima made us feel welcome and pointed out nearby places, as well as suggesting we try the hotel buffet. We did, and the food was good. The rooms are on the small side, but clean and suited to a short stay. With the airport close by, we had less stress and got more sleep before our early flight. My impression of staying at Ginger is changing.

We booked rooms 528 and 530 for our family, and the whole team made us feel cared for. Mr Dutta, Mr sharif, Mr sacklin and ms Darshna gave us such special attention and affection. Everyone was friendly, and the room was clean and nice, with a comfortable bed and a well-kept washroom. The hotel was hygienic, and housekeeping and breakfast were enjoyable too. We also enjoyed the Holi puja and dhuleti, the colorful Holi celebration. Thanks for all the love you showed our family. We’ll come back to ginger hotel whenever we’re in India. The stay was manageable, though I hope management uses this feedback to improve its hospitality. Our check-in went smoothly, but the welcome felt less warm than at other hotel brands. No welcome drink was offered, and nobody showed us to the room or helped us find it. We had asked for a room with a good view, but didn’t get one. Towels for bathing were also missing at first, so we had to ask for them. On the second day of our two-day stay, we came back and requested room service, then waited almost an hour. Cutlery took several calls to arrive, and we were charged for it separately without being given a bill. Service could be better matched to what guests expect.

For a short stop, layover or business trip, Ginger Mumbai Airport is a practical option with the airport close by and no long commute. The rooms are compact and clean, with the essentials arranged thoughtfully. There’s a café, Wi-Fi and reception open around the clock. The atmosphere is casual, and the staff were helpful, making things run smoothly. It’s a modern, convenient place for travelers who want comfort and efficiency without frills near Mumbai’s busy airport.
