We had several flights cancelled and booked one night here on 3rd March while heading back to Goa. Every staff member we met was a credit to the hotel. We're very seasoned travellers and know good service when we see it, so congratulations to the management. The buffet food at both dinner and breakfast was exceptionally good. The two men serving in the executive lounge deserve a special mention. They cheered us up so much. I'm afraid I can't remember their names, but one was from Bhutan and his sidekick was Indian and loved playing cricket. Assuming our next flight isn't cancelled, we'll book here again on the 14th. I'd highly recommend it for an airport stopover.

The staff made the stay especially nice. Viraj, Gita, Jasmine, and the rest of the team were welcoming and professional, took care of the little details, and made us feel looked after. They even brought lovely desserts for my little one, which was thoughtful. The room was roomy, spotless, and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping and good maintenance. The ambience made the visit relaxing and pleasant. I loved the stay!

The breakfast buffet had a wide choice of delicious food, and the quality was outstanding. The lobby and pool area had a royal, relaxing feel. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. Staff were courteous, professional, and ready to help. The hotel combines comfort and luxury, and its convenient location is especially useful when traveling through the international airport. I had a fantastic experience, would recommend it to anyone visiting Mumbai, and look forward to returning.

The staff sorted out our booking mistake quickly and efficiently before we arrived. We had accidentally reserved the wrong night, entirely our own fault, and they were so helpful and accommodating about it. The welcome when we arrived was exceptional, and every staff member provided outstanding service throughout. The hotel's layout, interiors, and design are beautiful and so stylishly thought out. The rooms are stunning, and the gym is spotless, honestly the cleanest hotel gym we've seen. We couldn't be happier with our stay. This place blew us away, and we can't recommend it enough.

His professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness really stood out. He seemed to anticipate what I needed before I asked, and handled each interaction with care. That kind of hospitality is rare and memorable. Shahid is a real asset to the Hilton brand, and he made my whole stay at the Hilton Mumbai International Airport better.
