The food wasn’t good, and there’s no parking space for cars. For this hotel’s category, the charges are way too high, and the service is very poor. Don’t waste your time or money on this cheap hotel.

We’d booked four days but moved to another hotel after just one. The rooms were tiny, dusty and dirty, and the ceilings were black. They said work was being done, but the hotel shouldn’t have been open in that condition. I won’t use them again.

The receptionist wouldn’t let me use the washroom even though I urgently needed it. It was a distressing experience, made worse by the complete lack of empathy. My understanding is that the Indian Sarais Act, 1867 requires basic amenities, including sanitation facilities, for travellers, so denying access may have contravened the Act. I strongly advise against staying here.

We’d already booked through MakeMyTrip, but arrived around 8 PM and still had to wait more than half an hour at reception. After paying ₹4000 for one night, we couldn’t even get a complimentary bottle of water :) There wasn’t a fan in the room either. You can decide for yourself if this hotel is worth it.

I was ready to provide all my documents legally, but they wouldn’t let me book a room because I’m local to Mumbai. After I asked why several times, they told me the hotel was full.
