Hotel Apex Regency

Traffic jams in the area are the one downside. The local mosque is very close to Bunder station. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent for a family stay: management is cooperative, the manager is polite, and the staff and service are quick. Shariq was especially helpful.

There was no landline phone in my room, so I had to use my mobile to call reception whenever I needed something. The staff were polite and behaved properly, and they looked after our needs with prompt service. Overall, a good place to stay at low rates.

The area around the hotel is very crowded and unhygienic. The staff looked like gentlemen to me, but I felt they were thieves. Checkout is at 10:00, and they require you to tell them a day ahead when you’ll vacate the room. They wouldn’t give us even a minute to clear out our luggage and said they’d charge for another full day otherwise. I’m sure they’ll cheat people who are unfamiliar with the area and poor as well. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, zero out of five. Don’t choose this hotel.

We stayed for four nights and were comfortable the whole time. It worked well for our family, and the service was quick and excellent. The staff were friendly and polite. And the warnings about taxis not coming to the hotel are false. Thanks to burhan khan for being so helpful.
