The staff were wonderful, especially Sameer and the other guy, who were always kind and ready to help. I’d recommend the place if you can’t find anything better nearby. It’s close to the airport, which was great for my two day stay. I hadn’t noticed that my room had no window, and the air felt heavy with a slightly strange smell. I also had trouble with the water pressure and hot water. Some animals were running around on the rooftop :)

The staff’s behavior was the best part of the stay, especially Sameer, who was professional and knew how to welcome and treat customers. I got a good welcome when I arrived to check in, and the room was well maintained. I’d give the service 4.5, the rooms 3.5, and staff behavior 5. The rooms were a little cramped, had no exhaust, and the plugs weren’t good. Still, it was a good stay overall.

We’re truly grateful to Sameer for his dedication and professionalism throughout our journey. He was kind, patient, and generous with his time, always making sure we were comfortable and had the help we needed. His help interpreting the language made communication much easier and helped us understand each step. His warm attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

I was here for two days for an NMIMS interview. The location worked out really well: it’s about 3 kms from the airport, Juhu beach, and NMIMS. The room was a little small, but clean, and the service was good. Sameer, the property manager, was quite helpful.
