2/10
I checked out early because I couldn't face staying there any longer. For what they charge, I expected decent hospitality, but even simple requests seemed like a burden and staff were slow to respond or concerned about guest comfort. The room was uncomfortable and poorly maintained, with basic cleanliness lacking. It looked nothing like the photos, and the whole place felt neglected. I rarely post negative reviews, but this stay was frustrating enough that others should know. It wasn't worth the money, and I left dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend it when there are better options elsewhere.

The staff were very friendly, and both the food and rooms were good for the price. Breakfast could use more options.

For ₹6,500/- for two people, this stay was a waste of money given the poor quality and experience. It may show as a 3-star place on Google, but I don't think it deserves even one star, maybe half a star for the location. I wouldn't stay here with family.

The corridors felt a little restrictive because they're narrow, though the prime location gives you easy access to nearby amenities. Hotel City Point has a professional atmosphere and well-maintained facilities that work well for meetings and training sessions. The food was commendable, with options for different tastes, and the staff were courteous and attentive.
