hotel Darshan Palace

Neelam from Guest Services deserves special appreciation for her outstanding hospitality. She was attentive, looked after the guests with care, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. I stayed at IBIS for two days, and her warm, professional manner made an already wonderful experience even more pleasant. The service was excellent.

Service is usually polite, though it may slow down a little at peak times. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, comfortable seating, and a good multi-cuisine selection. I found the food tasty, especially breakfast and some of the non-veg dishes. It’s a decent, convenient choice for hotel guests or a casual meal.

I really value the initiative to provide employment opportunities to differently-abled people. It shows strong social values and a commitment to inclusion, and makes the stay feel more meaningful. The food selection is good and the quality reliably satisfying. At ibis hotels across India, check-in and check-out are quick and hassle-free, making each visit smooth and comfortable. Recommended for comfort and responsible hospitality.

Service stays polite, though it can be a little slow when things are busy. The restaurant has a clean, pleasant atmosphere and a decent range of cuisines. Food is tasty and nicely presented, with breakfast options standing out. A convenient hotel restaurant overall.
