Hotel Divine

For two people, they should offer either separate beds or a larger bed that both can sleep in comfortably. The price isn't justified. You have to walk down a street to get to the hotel, and there's no lift. Its location near the railway station seems to be the only reason it's still running.

The staff were kind and cooperative when I stayed with family for my wedding. They even provided extra chairs so my photographer and makeup artist could be comfortable. The hotel and our relatively large room were clean and comfy, and it works for families or couples. It's in a prime spot, though slightly tucked inside. I loved the visit. They also provide tea, coffee, and black coffee, for a charge, of course.

Hotel Divine is about a 5-minute walk from Borivali Railway station, with a large market nearby where you can find everything. I stayed there in March 2024, and found it quiet, clean, and safe for families and couples. I'd originally booked another hotel, but when I visited and saw it was a disaster, I called Hotel Divine instead. They communicated well and gave me a room at very short notice. The hotel was good and safe.

There isn't parking at the hotel, and parking isn't allowed on the main road, but paid parking is available nearby. Taxis and autos are easy to find on the main road, which also has many little shops and eateries. The staff were hospitable and dealt with concerns promptly. The hotel is hardly about 3 away from Borivali station, though finding it takes a little effort. You go down a narrow lane from the main road, less than a minute's walk.
