The location is good, and there’s parking space too. But the pillows and washroom were dirty, the attitude was awful, and everything else was bad. Worst hotel.

My room had been given to another couple even though I’d booked and received confirmation before leaving Pune. The assistant told me to wait an hour while he cleaned it, since the couple had only come for an hour. I waited, but still didn’t get a room. Then he rudely told me, as a woman, that he wouldn’t give me one and I could do whatever I wanted. Kailash park Boutique was the worst experience. I’d tell people to stay away.

We’d paid an advance for three days, but OYO kept pressuring us to pay the full amount and didn’t send a location or contact number all day. We searched until 11 at night. After a lot of difficulty, customer care gave us a number for a man who said he’d pick us up from another specified hotel at 11:30, but we still had no location. OYO took Rs8000 from us. If we’d listened to them, I think we could have been robbed that night. Thankfully, our cab driver found us a safe, decent hotel. A pathetic experience.

The washroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned after the last checkout, and the staff were rude and gave off negative vibes. The room was almost half the size shown in the pictures. Outside food was strictly banned, yet the complimentary breakfast came with just three choices: two slices of bread and butter, two slices of toast, or aloo poori with pooris about the size of golgappas. When I said, “bhaiya aur dedo, isse paet nai bharega,” he rudely said I’d have to pay. Pathetic doesn’t cover this place. OYO should visit hotels before licensing them and maintain its standards. A biotique shampoo and soap aren’t enough. Customers trust the OYO name, and our last experience in Maharashtra was pathetic.

We didn’t order food because the kitchen didn’t look good, so you can imagine what the food might be like. Some rooms had good AC, while in others it would switch to E9 on its own, whatever that means. The place was okay for a stay, and the staff member was nice. He managed to get us a king-size bed for the next day, since one wasn’t available at the time.
