Hotel MIG SUITES

The bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in, and everything there felt dirty and uncomfortable. The rooms were tiny for the price and smelled as soon as I walked in, like damp walls and stale air. Even rooms listed as non-smoking smelled of cigarettes. The building looks old and neglected, with paint inside that makes it look more acceptable in photos. That impression doesn’t last. You have to climb stairs to reception, since the hotel starts on the first floor, and the corridors are narrow. MIG Suites in Malad is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The cramped, shady alley made me regret booking right away. There’s no parking or accessibility, and construction blocked the main approach when I arrived, so I had to trek through a mess to get in. Nothing matches the pictures or promises. It was a total waste of money and patience. If you care about comfort, hygiene, or basic dignity, avoid MIG Suites.

Outside the hotel, the surroundings look like a small village area, and there’s an unpleasant smell that affected my stay. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, though many felt quite small. I was also disappointed that water bottles weren’t fully complimentary and came at an extra charge.

I stayed two nights, and the place was really stinky. It’s in an apartment on the 2nd floor, in a locality that isn’t very nice. The sheets and blankets had stains and didn’t seem clean. I had to ask for fresh towels too. I don’t know how long they’d been using those towels or whether they use proper laundry services. The tariff isn’t worth paying.

The hotel has been refurbished, but the cleaning and service are still so poor that people should think twice before choosing it. I arrived at 11pm and had informed them in advance that I needed a clean room. There was no supervision, and they gave me a used blanket and bedsheet. Even after I told them, they had no spare clean blanket. Agoda charges nearly 3500-4000 Rs. Total waste of money.
