Hotel Nest Inn, Malad

There were so many mosquitoes that I couldn’t sleep through the night, and the owner didn’t seem to care about any of the problems. There isn’t even a landline, so you have to go downstairs to reach reception. The hotel didn’t have a simple bottle of water, and in the morning there wasn’t water even for bathing. That’s the state of the place. Don’t stay here, not even by mistake.

The owner or manager was rude and didn’t know how to speak or behave decently. This doesn’t feel like a professional hotel. It seems as if the owner meant to build a PG and dorm, then accidentally made it a hotel. There are PG and dorm rooms here, and it’s not suitable for families. Avoid it if you don’t want to waste your money or feel embarrassed in front of your family. The place is crawling with enormous mosquitoes. If they don’t bite you, the owner will. The toilet and shower run dry every morning, so bring toilet paper if you stay. Other reviews also describe bad experiences with the owner.

We enjoyed everything here. It’s a very good hotel in Mumbai.

Everything seemed perfectly fine at first, and they make you feel like royalty in the early days. Then the owner starts showing his true colors. He’s very arrogant and behaves terribly. Don’t stay there.
