We could hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms so clearly that it was impossible to rest. Our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator, which was hard after a tiring trip. The room was so cramped there was barely space for our luggage, and it looked nothing like a 3-star hotel. The breakfast next morning was poor and not worth what we paid. We left as quickly as we could. One of our worst hotel stays. If zero stars were possible, we’d give it that. We booked through Booking.com because of the photos and the 3-star listing, expecting a decent stay. The hotel name didn’t match what we saw online, so it was difficult to find and felt misleading. Very disappointing.

The receptionist asked me to pay extra at check-in because Fabhotels had confirmed my booking at a much lower rate than the one I’d booked. I contacted Fabhotels customer care, and they sorted it out without me paying anything more. Apart from that, the stay was good for the price.

We skipped the breakfast we’d chosen when booking because the hygiene was so bad. There was a rat in our room, so we had to move in the middle of the night. Then we found worms on the bedsheets in the next room. They gave us just one towel, and it wasn’t clean. The room phone didn’t work either. The worst experience.

The booking through MakeMyTrip went smoothly, and I found the small extra charge for early check-in reasonable. For the price, the compact room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Breakfast is included, with one dish served in unlimited quantity. Lunch and dinner cost extra and seemed to come from a nearby restaurant, but the food was tasty. Good value for this area, especially considering the location and service.
