I’ve stayed here many times over the last three years, and the stay itself was fine this time too. What left a bad impression was being charged ₹300 for checking out about an hour late. The 10:00 AM checkout was delayed until around 11:00 because the hotel has a common washroom, which I don't feel was entirely my fault. As a regular guest, I expected more understanding. Even ₹100 would have seemed more reasonable than such a steep charge. I hope management is more flexible with long-time customers and keeps late checkout fees fair. Hospitality also shows in how regular guests are treated.

Being able to get to the local markets, railway stations, and Mumbai landmarks easily was a real plus. After time out in the busy city, it was nice to come back to a peaceful, comfortable room at Hotel RS Regency. The room was spotless and well furnished, with a soft mattress, neatly arranged pillows, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a clean bathroom. The decor is simple but sophisticated, and the cozy lighting made the room feel soothing. The lobby welcome, including a friendly smile and an inviting aroma, made me feel at home right away. I especially enjoyed eating in the room. The Indian and continental dishes arrived hot and fresh, and the paneer butter masala with tandoori rotis was unforgettable. Staff were courteous and attentive too. They arranged a cab, gave directions to nearby attractions, and checked that I was comfortable. My stay felt relaxing and warm, and I came away refreshed.

I was there for two days on my own. The room and washroom were clean, and the staff were friendly. I'd recommend it.

Good on the budget, but the linen had old stains and the floor wasn't cleaned well. The lift is very cramped, with room for three people.
