Landmark Residency

The room itself was good, with central air conditioning that you could control from inside, but some electrical outlets didn't work. Internet was another problem: the staff tried to help, but we eventually gave up and used our mobile hotspots. Service was okay otherwise. The location is convenient, though traffic on the road to the hotel can get jammed on weekends. Parking is limited, but valet service is available. Hotel food is expensive, and some of our room orders were wrong and never corrected. For the daily price, even these smaller issues should be fixed.

We gave it one night, then asked to move because the first room was dirty, noisy, had holes in the walls, and even the sheets weren't clean. The second room had dirty sheets too, and so did the third. It felt impossible to find a clean room here. The staff were generally unfriendly, and Reet at reception was particularly rude and unprofessional throughout the room change. I'm Indian and my companion is German, and we both came away with the same bad impression. This wasn't a cultural misunderstanding. I've travelled a lot and never had accommodation this bad in Mumbai. It was deeply disappointing, and I'd strongly advise avoiding the hotel.

There were no bathroom towels, face towel, or bath mat when we checked in, and the replacements only arrived the next day after we asked. Our bags also came only after two reminders. The service was very poor, and the bathroom was awful. The hotel was full of mosquitoes, and breakfast wasn't even warm. I wouldn't stay here if you want to enjoy your visit. Google should allow negative stars for a place like this.

Our guests had an excellent stay, and the food was great too. The rooms and service were excellent from booking through check-in and check-out. Special thanks to Mr. Amit, the Floor Manager, and the other ground staff.
