Liberty Hotel

The sheets were dirty, and the rooms are tiny with no attached bathroom. We booked in the morning after the owner confirmed an attached bathroom was available, but once we arrived he said it wasn't. Honestly, a hopeless hotel. New Metro Guest House is nearby and much better than Hotel Liberty.

The room cost 250, which felt far too high for what it was. It was tiny, dirty, had unclean sheets, and no attached bathroom. The area was dirty too, and we didn't feel safe there at night. Families can't stay comfortably in a room like this. Check the place and room before checking in. One manager was very good and nice, but the night manager was rude, unhelpful, and kept bargaining. I didn't like it.

The staff were as helpful as they could be, carrying our bags and helping us with an Uber the next day. The place itself was horrible. For the price, you get almost nothing: a bed squeezed into a corner that barely fits, no sheets, and very hard pillows. The toilets were okay, but had no seats. There was no Wi-Fi. I wouldn't stay here as a woman traveling solo.

The shared bathrooms were messy, dirty, and smelled really bad. There were mosquitoes too, and the rooms were cramped and very dirty, with no safety for girls. What I found wasn't what the e-booking site had described. If you can put up with all that for the price, you could go, but booking through a site may cost more because of its commission. Better to book directly for a lower price and accept the facilities as they are.
