The staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception, corridor, and other shared areas were kept in better shape. The hotel is on the building's fourth floor, though the outside has a typical galli look. The room was old, and I wasn't satisfied. I stayed one night.

The room was noisy and a complete disaster. The furniture was in terrible shape, the floor was dirty with shoe marks, and the linen wasn't clean. Water leaked from the bathroom floor, which smelled bad. The building was under construction. I've never seen a hotel like this.

The accommodation was awful, and the staff management was poor. We had payment and cancellation problems, and they weren't coordinated with fab hotel. They asked for extra money and stopped us over the additional payment. We were also threatened and harassed over payment.

I was too exhausted to haul my luggage to another hotel that late, so I tried to sleep there. At 5am I woke up and saw a cockroach on the bed. It felt like a nightmare, and I made it through, but I think it’ll stay with me for life. Before that, I’d asked to see the rooms and looked at more than four. Every one had cockroaches running around the room and toilet. The sheets were dirty, some pillows had no covers, and the towel on the floor was muddy. They tried spraying something that was supposed to get rid of the cockroaches, but it didn’t help. I was ready to leave.
