This is actually a dormitory, not a hotel. Don't even book it, even if it's free. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, although it was supposed to be non-smoking, and the smell gave me a headache within minutes. The toilet wouldn't flush because the bathroom had no working flush tank. I told the front desk, but they seemed uninterested and offered no solution. The whole room and bedsheets were unwashed, dirty, damp, and musty, with dust and grime in every corner. The mattress was sagging, stained, and clearly ancient, so sleeping on it was impossible. I don't normally leave reviews, but this was so bad I felt I had to warn people. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even for one night. Spend your money elsewhere. The place needs a complete overhaul or to be shut down entirely.

We cut our stay short and moved to another hotel in borivli the next morning, after just one night. The room was clean but very small, and the bathroom was low quality. They charge less than market rates, so I can't complain much.

The bedsheets and mattresses had marks and didn't look like they had been washed in a while. There wasn't even enough room around the hotel to park a motorcycle. It's 2 km from Gorai Creek, and you can see up to 20-30 mosquitoes at a time. My booked room was supposed to have working AC and hot water, but it was full of mosquitoes. If mosquitoes are such a problem in the area, staff should keep mosquito killer sprays in every room. The next room they gave me had neither hot water nor working AC, so I had to choose between two unsatisfactory rooms. If a hotel accepts a booking for AC and hot shower, not providing them is poor customer service.

The room and hotel weren't clean, and the service was delayed. Bad staff, not a good hotel.

The management was bad and the staff were bad. I had a very bad experience, the worst.
