Breakfast was just one piece of toast and tea, and they gave us only one towel for two guests. There was no soap or shampoo, and the bathroom basin, flush, and tap had no water. The room was tiny, and the whole stay was awful and not worth the money. I’ve had repeated bad experiences with OYO lately and am going to stop using it.

10/10
The location was convenient, and the room was neat, clean, and had modern amenities. Hotel Zara inn was great, with cooperative, helpful, polite staff. I had a really good stay and would gladly visit again. Highly recommend it.

The TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work, and there was no ventilation in either the room or washroom, not even an exhaust fan. I couldn’t sleep all night. Staying there overnight felt unbearable.

The hotel and service were good enough, but the washroom wasn’t cleaned properly. There was even a used condom lying in front of the toilet seat. I didn’t expect to find that.

The bed and washroom were filthy, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There were no lights or service, and the TV didn’t work. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, worse than coronavirus.
