The rooms were tiny and had no usable amenities. The AC had no remote, the TV didn't work, and there was no Wi-Fi. Staff weren't cooperative at all. Visitors were only allowed 15 minutes, which was very new to me. People may have meetings in their rooms, and 15 minutes isn't enough for that.
