The only positive was the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I stayed for about eight nights in Oct 2025 and booked through Booking.com, but they refused to check me in, so I had to cancel and book offline. The room was in horrible condition: broken furniture, a sofa that was broken too, cable TV that didn’t work, a leaking commode, an old, noisy window AC, stained sheets, and low water pressure at the washbasin taps. I later realized the place seems to be for couples meeting briefly. It’s the worst, please stay away.

This is a decent budget hotel for a one or two day stay, though it’s not luxurious. I booked a double room for my parents. The hotel was nice, the staff friendly, and room service fast. It’s around half an hour from the airport, and the rooms and linen were clean, but pest control needs improvement because of the cockroaches. The AC worked fine. They can order food from a nearby restaurant if needed. Sher e Punjab is a good residential area.

The staff were polite, but the management wasn't helpful when we arrived and found that our paid, confirmed goIbibo booking had no rooms available. We had to reschedule the booking.
