The room was tiny and damaged, and room service was very unprofessional. They showed no sense of responsibility toward visitors and didn’t give me a receipt for the room rent. It feels like they cheat their guests. The most worthless hotel in Mumbai, I recommend not staying here.

The geysers didn’t work properly, and we couldn’t shower one day. When I questioned the person on duty, he was rude and refused to refund our money. The staff were rude and lazy, the rooms were dirty, and the bedsheets hadn’t been changed. A very disappointing stay. Check the reviews and don’t regret booking here.

There’s barely anything in the room, not even a table, and I had to put my luggage on the bed to use it. The rooms were dirty, the toilet was disgusting, and there wasn’t a bin in the washroom. At this price, you could find a cleaner lodge. It looks good in the pictures, but the reality was a shock. There was no staff around to help. I’d never stay here again.

My guest was coming from Aligarh/Delhi and we had a confirmed room booking, but the service person gave him a bad room. When I called about it, he said, “Don’t talk like that; if you want good service, then…” It felt like an indirect threat that we’d get poor service if we didn’t stay quiet. We’d already paid and couldn’t get a refund, so we were left with no choice. Beware of this hotel.
