Being able to cook, do laundry, and get clean RO water around the clock made my stay at Z Bliss Suites Stays comfortable, especially for a longer visit. The rooms also have irons and a steady water supply. I could see this working for solo or bachelor travelers as well as families. The staff were courteous and helpful. Ms. Sejal (GM) and Ms. Nancy were especially professional and kind. I appreciated that management asks guests for feedback each morning over breakfast. Breakfast had a decent selection and was good; the food in general was also good. There's an in-house restaurant, and room service runs 24/7. There are several complimentary facilities: a gym, jacuzzi, steam room, kids' play area, and a small screening room. The hotel is within walking distance of BKC, while the BKC Aqua Line metro station is about 2.15 km away, so getting around is easy. My scores: rooms 4.5/5, location 4/5, food 3.5/5, and service 3.5/5. I'd recommend it for business trips, longer stays, or anyone wanting comfort and amenities near BKC. My overall rating was 4/5.

Breakfast was good, and I had a good stay in a well-arranged 1BHK. Ms Bina at reception was extremely polite and well behaved. The location wasn't to my liking. I also wasn't comfortable with the fingerprint registration for the lift, as I feel it affects privacy. Cards could be used for security like at other hotels. That's the only reason I didn't give it five stars.

The food at Z Bliss Restaurant was delicious, and the service made the visit feel special. Nilesh, Samikasha, Arman, and Sanika were polite and attentive, and they made us feel comfortable and took care to make everything right. Highly recommended! 😊

The buffet never had empty dishes because Mr. Pankaj, the restaurant manager, made sure it stayed full. The food was good, though there weren't many options. Rooms and linen were clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. It's about 30 minutes from the Airport. A great experience and worth the money.

The location worked well for nearby business areas, and it was easy to get around during my comfortable two-day stay at Z Bliss. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with good amenities and room service. Housekeeping kept everything neat throughout, and the polite, attentive staff were always ready to help. It's a good choice for a short visit or business travel, and I'd consider coming back.
