The waterfall atmosphere was the one good thing. The rooms fell short of expectations, the breakfast was poor, and the service wasn't good. There's a lot that needs improvement.

The ambience is excellent and the location is amazing. Ripples water fall is close by, so you can enjoy it up close.

My stay at Aruvi Resort yesterday was deeply disappointing. The facilities were poorly maintained and far below what I expected or what had been promised. The staff were unfriendly and extremely unprofessional, with little courtesy or willingness to help. Their attitude made the stay uncomfortable, and it felt like management simply didn't care about the guest experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant, relaxing stay. Definitely not worth the money.

The room was dirty and smelled bad, nothing like the photos. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom wasn't clean. Staff were rude and not helpful, and most facilities were either closed or not working, with no advance notice. I felt I'd wasted both my time and money. One of the worst stays I've ever had. I don't recommend this resort and will never return.

The location was handy, but the stay didn’t feel worth what I paid. My room wasn’t as clean as I expected, and the staff seemed unconcerned when guests had issues. I left disappointed.
