The food was a real highlight: every meal was delicious, healthy, and thoughtfully made to suit our needs. We also enjoyed the professional yoga and breathing classes, and the quiet surroundings made it easy to unwind. We spent four nights here and felt relaxed from the start. We were welcomed warmly, and the place was spotless, peaceful, and set in beautiful surroundings. Everything was well organized, and the stay left us feeling rejuvenated. We spent our free moments on the balcony, watching the wonderful view and listening to birds. The room had a balcony, and it was the best one. Meals from the detox diet were fresh and nicely presented, and we enjoyed eating in the open-air restaurant while looking out at the scenery. We booked a three-night Ayurveda retreat without knowing what to expect, since we’d never done anything like it. The treatments were professional and tailored separately to my husband’s and my needs. Everyone on the staff was welcoming, kind, and clearly committed to giving us the best care they could. It was a beautiful mix of relaxation, nature, and pampering, and we’d highly recommend it.

I did a half-day hike and really enjoyed it. The timing and care were good, and Rajan was a very kind guide who knew the area well. He even brought a fresh homemade local snack and tea. It was really good. Thanks, Rajan, for looking after us.
