Ramee Wolkenburg Resort and Spa Munnar

We came as a corporate group of around 55, and everyone was happy with the stay. The valley-facing rooms were excellent, neat, and clean, and the front office coordination was impressive and supportive. Breakfast stood out for both its menu and taste. The bonfire and music system were fabulous too. I’d recommend everyone experience a stay like this at least once in their lives.

The room was cleaned promptly while we were out, and the balconies had chairs for relaxing. The balcony views were breathtaking, and the path to the pool felt serene, almost like it was a private pool. We were greeted at the front door with tilak, checked in quickly, and shown to our rooms. The staff were cooperative and helpful throughout, and their warmth made up for the slightly undercooked chapatis at dinner. Checkout was quick, and they came out to see us off. They also mapped a route back to our city that saved us time.

The rooms are beautifully designed and offer stunning views, while fitting into the surrounding nature. The whole place feels peaceful and positive, a lovely spot to relax and recharge. What made us feel at home was the team. The manager's calm leadership sets a comforting tone, and every supporting staff member is welcoming and caring. They never make you feel like a stranger, whether they're helping with luggage, serving food, or checking on you when you're stressed. Wolkenburg feels like a safe, happy break from everyday chaos.

We stayed at Wokenberg Resort for two days and had a pleasant time. The food was tasty and well prepared, and the staff were courteous, attentive, and consistently good with their service. The resort needs to improve its maintenance, especially the cleanliness and upkeep of the swimming pool and kids' play area. With more attention there, it could offer a much better all-round experience.
