We spent two days here and absolutely loved it. The balcony view was unreal, easily 100/10, and the peaceful, relaxing setting made our Munnar trip even more special. The staff were kind and room service was great. Breakfast had lots of delicious options, and the complimentary spa was a lovely bonus. I'd definitely recommend it for a quiet stay with amazing views.

We stayed at Fragrant Nature Munnar from 1st to 4th June 2026, six of us together with our 5-month-old daughter on her first vacation. As new parents, we were nervous about traveling, but the staff made things easy and joyful. They arranged hot water whenever we needed it, helped us check in early so she could nap, and patiently handled all our requests. The property was clean and peaceful, with fresh, delicious food. The location is stunning, and we could see panoramic Munnar views right from our room. This trip will always be special as our daughter's first. We're really glad we chose Fragrant Nature Munnar, and highly recommend it to families, especially those with infants. 5/5.

There's something incredibly special about staying here. The spacious rooms and fragrances throughout the hotel really stood out to me. Hanging plants and water features make the decor feel like food for the soul. The staff are always smiling and more than happy to help make the stay happy and memorable. I absolutely love this hotel.

We found the stay at Fragrant Nature Munnar comfortable from the start. Our room was spacious, nicely kept, and peaceful, and the staff paid attention to the details. The food was a highlight too, with every dish tasting full of flavor and good quality. It felt like good value for the kind of relaxing, premium stay we wanted in Munnar. I'd gladly come back and recommend it.

The balcony views are excellent, and the staff were consistently courteous, always ready with a smile. Room service was very quick. The non-vegetarian food was excellent too, though vegetarian options were limited. Still, I wouldn't call this a five-star hotel. It felt closer to three stars, and management should correct that description. It's also a dry hotel with no alcohol permit, which was a big downside for me on a hill-station holiday. The fifth-floor lawns had several manhole covers giving off a foul sewage smell. In the games room, the table-tennis bats and balls were worn out, and they weren't replaced when we asked.
