Breakfast was very good and had plenty of variety. Food at the attached restaurant costs a bit more, so I'd suggest adding breakfast to the room package. The hotel is right in the main town, which is convenient if you want to stay near Munnar bazaar, though there's no view from the rooms. We spent two comfortable nights, and our room had all the necessary provisions. A good choice for a semi-luxury stay close to town.

If you're booking here, I'd go for a balcony room. The rooms were decent but didn't quite meet the standard I expected for the price, and power cuts happened often enough to be uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, though the menu seemed a little expensive. Isaac Residency is conveniently located near Munnar town and on the Top Station highway. There's good parking, and it works well for families. The stay was comfortable, but the price felt a bit high for the rooms and facilities.

The location was prime, and the rooms were kept clean and tidy each day. I had no issues with the stay, and the service was extraordinary. I was completely satisfied apart from two prices. À la carte food costs 1.5 to 2 times what I think is reasonable. During peak season, traffic and long waits make it hard for tourists to drive out for dinner, so more people might eat in if the prices were fair. The extra bed was 1200 per night, which also felt high to me and could have been a little cheaper.

The desk team gave us useful sightseeing suggestions, which we really appreciated. We stayed three days with breakfast included and enjoyed our time in Munnar. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, the service was really good, and the location is right downtown.

Roshan the Manager took personal care of our needs, and the friendly staff made our trip very pleasant. The hotel is right in town, with limited parking, but the rooms are a comfortable size and everything was clean. The à la carte food was great and service prompt. I'd stay there again.
