Jade Munnar

The people here were very cooperative and supportive. Our room was neat and clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious, which made our days memorable. They arranged a campfire and barbecue when we asked. Worth the money, and my recent stay with Jade Munnar was awesome.

A big thank you to the chefs for the amazing food. The flavors were outstanding, and you could tell how much care went into each dish. The whole staff made our visit fantastic with their warm welcome and excellent service. We’re sincerely grateful for such a memorable time. 🤟🏻🫶🏻

I had a really nice experience here. The service was good, and the facilities and atmosphere were nice too.

We checked out the next day after arriving to find that Jade Resort didn’t match its online photos. The pool water was green, the rooms were unclean, and the sheets hadn’t been changed. The young manager and cleaner then went out for the evening without providing fresh sheets. The manager promised a refund, but has since gone back on that promise, and we’re still chasing it. There seems to be a serious management problem and the resort has fallen into neglect. There was only one staff member, John, handling cleaning, cooking, maintenance, and general management, and he wasn’t managing any of those jobs competently. Don’t give Jade munnar your money for green pool water and dirty sheets. Don’t stay here.
