Munnar Black Forest Resort

We were a big group, and the staff did a great job accommodating everyone's wishes. They were courteous and friendly, and organized DJ nights on both days. Our rooms were spacious and clean, the food was reasonably good, and the open restaurant was a real highlight. The resort is outside Munnar, so you'll need transport to get into town. I like staying on the outskirts more than in city centers, and the quiet atmosphere suited me. It was a pleasant stay, and I'd recommend it if you don't mind being a little farther from the city for some serenity.

We really enjoyed the mountain setting and the views from the restaurant. There's also a small waterfall visible from the property, which I loved. The food was amazing, the rooms were clean, and the staff were nice. The floors are laid out a little strangely, but it didn't affect our stay. I'd recommend it.

The complimentary buffet breakfast was mouthwatering, with South Indian, North Indian, and English options. We also had very good service and nice food during our stay. Most of all, I was stunned by the hotel's setting right in front of Kallar Water Falls. It's a mesmerizing place, and the whole experience was amazing. I'll cherish it and would love to return. Thank you for the overwhelming gesture.

The food was awesome, and the Keralian dishes really pleased our taste buds. We were greeted with a smile and cordial service each time, with staff who were professional but also had a very human touch. The facilities were top class, and our spacious, clean rooms had all the amenities we needed. It felt like a home away from home for me and my family. We hope to come back. Thank you, Black Forest! :)
