Munnar Farmhouse

The host is super friendly and attentive, and leads wonderful nature hikes through team farms, pointing out plants like coffee, cocoa, and cardamom. Definitely do the hike. The place is quiet, surrounded by nature, with an amazing location and view. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is delicious. What a gem. I'd certainly come back!

Gabriel was a wonderful host during our three nights at le farm house. He makes a great cup of tea and helped us get the most out of our stay with the activities he recommended. He took is on a 17km guided hike through tea plantations and up a small hill, with great views. He answered all our questions and helped with whatever we needed. 10/10, we'd stay again!

The little rooftop has a nice view, and breakfast tastes good. Our host was extremely nice and had lots of knowledge to share. He showed us around his spice garden and led a beautiful hike, which I’d recommend if you stay here. The place feels comfortable and is a nice spot to calm down a little.

We spent three nights at Le Farmhouse, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to India. Gabriel, the host and owner, showed us his spice garden and looked after us, helping with everything we needed. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable, and the bathroom could have been better. Still, I'd definitely stay at Le Farmhouse again if I return to Munnar. Make time for the hike with Gabriel around Munnar, it takes about 6 to 8 hours, and he shares some history and botany along the way. Don't miss the delicious Puttu he serves for breakfast, one of the tastiest breakfasts we've had in India.
