The spa was the highlight of our trip, pure bliss, and the food was delicious. We were impressed by the beautiful rooms and the stunning valley views at Star Emirates Luxury Resort & Spa. Mr.Shefeer, the General Manager, went out of his way to make us comfortable and our stay memorable. His leadership shows in the excellent service. It exceeded our expectations, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munnar!

My family and I had a lot of fun here, with plenty of recreational activities to enjoy. The ambience was breathtaking, and the view was extraordinary. Service was excellent, the staff were great, and the food quality was really good. I enjoyed my time here.

Those views at Star Emirates Luxury Resort & Spa were a real highlight, especially waking up to the scenery. The food was another standout, absolutely delicious, and the pastas and steak were the best part for me. There were frequent power outages, though, which affected our comfort. Staff service was average, neither bad nor particularly memorable. Despite those drawbacks, the food and views make it worth a visit at least once.

The activities and atmosphere were enjoyable and well organized, and everything from check-in onward went smoothly. The property was clean and peaceful, a good setting for a memorable vacation. The view was beautiful, and our room was neat, spacious, and comfortable for a family. Mr.Shreelal and Mrs.Akshaya were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made the stay special. The food was excellent in taste, quality, and variety. Highly recommended, and I’d love to return.

We enjoyed using the basic gym, though it may not meet the needs of anyone expecting a professional fitness setup. The pools looked beautiful and well maintained, but rain meant we couldn’t enjoy them fully. With upgrades to the indoor games and gym, plus better mattresses and blankets, the stay could be more comfortable. As it is, the resort offers a great experience with good food, ambience, and family-friendly facilities, and feels close to a 4-star stay.
