The hotel lives up to its name, with breathtaking views across the mountains and valley. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the food was tasty, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind with family or friends. Staff were polite, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. Nearby attractions include Wonder Volare Munnar Hot Air Balloon, HILLTOP ADVENTURE ZIPLINE and Dream Land Fun and Adventure, which made the stay more exciting for our family. We had a great experience, with excellent hospitality, scenic views and adventure activities close by. Highly recommended for a Munnar visit.

A convenient location, good amenities and a clean, comfortable room made for a pleasant stay. Everything was well maintained, and the friendly, professional staff were always ready to help. It works well for a short or longer visit, and I’d consider staying again.

We had a comfortable stay, with friendly and courteous staff. The view from our fifth-floor balcony over the valley was spectacular. The hotel was moderately good, though hygiene and cleanliness could be improved.

8/10
The fresh, delicious food was a treat, especially the local Kerala breakfast, and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Our rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The highlight, though, was the valley from our balcony. Waking to the mountains and morning fog felt magical. We had a wonderful stay at The View Munnar, and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a peaceful break with a great view.

The cottages have a lovely view, but getting down to them is hard for older guests and children. They're below the ground floor, as far as five levels down, and there are no lifts. Our rooms also had an unpleasant smell, and cleanliness and hygiene need a lot of attention. We booked at the last minute because the trip wasn't planned, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel has potential, but accessibility and maintenance need work.
