Arnnas Resort Diveagar

We had an outstanding stay at Arnnas Resort, Diveagar. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the swimming pool was a nice addition for both kids and adults. Lunch and dinner were delicious, with prompt service. The staff were very courteous and attentive, always ready to help and taking care of small requests with a smile. The property has a premium feel, is close to the beach, and has a peaceful atmosphere. A wonderful five-star experience, highly recommended for families and couples looking for a premium beachside getaway.

The food was a real letdown for me. It tasted very poor and definitely needs improvement. The rooms were clean and neat, and morning kits were provided, which was a nice touch. There’s a pool, kids’ garden, and indoor games, so families have a few things to do. The beach is also an easy walk away.

I stayed three nights and found the place disappointing, particularly for families. The resort didn’t feel family-friendly. Its pool is very small, and the resort took a booking for a very large bachelor group. Their behavior felt highly unprofessional, with loud music, slang, and constant chaos around the pool that made families uncomfortable and ruined the atmosphere. I was also asked to pay the full amount at check-in. I’ve traveled to many places, and this was the first time I’d come across that policy. It felt unreasonable and disappointing. Room service was average, and the food was nothing special. Breakfast had little variety and was the same every day, Poha and Pav Bhaji/ Misal. The stay didn’t meet expectations. There are plenty of better options nearby, and I wouldn’t recommend it to families looking for a peaceful, comfortable visit.

Good value for money. The in-house restaurant had decent, tasty food, and I liked the veg items I tried. Everything seemed to be running smoothly: reception did its job well, restaurant staff were good, and cleaning staff kept the premises clean on schedule. Our room was spotless, with an extra mattress already there, and hot water was available all the time. Security staff were easy to find when we came and went, and gave us the instructions and guidance we needed. Everything was ready, so we didn’t need to call anyone for requests.
