The polite, helpful staff made the whole stay feel welcoming, from check-in through check-out. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well looked after. The ambience and hospitality were better than I expected, and it was a peaceful, comfortable stay. One of my best, and I’d recommend it.
It’s affordable, has the basic amenities, and the staff are very helpful. One of the safest and best hotel options near zirakhpur. Worth a visit.
The staff were really helpful, and it’s a great place to stay.
The location is quite a way from the Railway station, but the rooms and service made up for it. The room size was okay, with classy, eye-catching interiors, and it was one of the most hygienic places I’ve stayed. Clean sheets and bathrooms, too. The electricity was a bit unreliable, though that seemed understandable for the location. Good for families, and everything else was perfect.
The rooms and washrooms had mold and were poorly maintained. The rooms were tiny, with no connection to the outside, and washroom exhaust opened into the lobby. Why are hotels like this allowed without proper ventilation, and what are the authorities doing? There was no hot water. Is it turned off just because it’s summer? OYO is exploiting hotel owners, or perhaps it’s the other way around. This seems common among Indian companies that act as if no one will ask questions.
