My family and I were frightened and in trouble, and we left in shock after a horrible stay at this hotel. We arrived at 11 pm and checked out at 1 am. The staff weren't cooperative, and they switched off the lights. Every room we booked, all four of them, was in terrible, unhygienic shape and clearly not maintained. There was no ventilation, so we felt suffocated, and we found used undergarments in the bathroom. The rooms weren't clean, the ACs and mini fridges didn't work, and basic facilities were missing or broken. The lack of cleanliness and hygiene was alarming. The staff were rude and careless, with no hospitality. It felt like guests were a burden. There's a negative energy in all the rooms, too. I would never recommend it, and strongly ask guests to stay away. It's unsuitable for families, solo travelers, or business stays. You can find much better value and treatment elsewhere in Panchkula.

The rooms had no ventilation, cleanliness or proper hygiene, and we felt suffocated. The AC and fridge weren't working either. The staff were uncooperative and switched off the lights. My family and I were scared and in trouble, so we checked in at 11 pm and left at 1 am. It was a horrible experience, and my whole family is still in shock. There was so much negativity in the hotel. Booking it was the biggest mistake I've made. I would never recommend it to anyone. It was disastrous.

This was my first visit, and it went really well. I came straight to the hotel even though I’d first planned to book online. The amenities were all available, everything was neat and clean, and the staff treated me well. Thanks to sky5 company for making the atmosphere so pleasant.
